What the owner says
We have lived here for 18 years and we really have enjoyed our time here.
The space this home has to offer is superb and the large secluded garden is perfect for summer barbecues with family and friends and has been ideal for our children as they have grown up.
We have loved living so close to Scadbury Park Nature Reserve, which is just a 5 minute walk away.
We are sad to leave, however we now plan to move to the West Country to retire.
If you are a family searching the market for a spacious and family friendly home, then you need to look no further!
St Paul's Wood Hill is a house that MUST be viewed. Very rarely does a family home offer so much room and potential for future expansion - as advised by the owner, pending to planning. Located on a quiet road, this property is within a short distance to transport links and some outstanding schools.
The house itself has been lived in by the current owner for 18 years- a common theme for the road.
On the ground floor there is a large family room and a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room. Additionally, there is a utility cupboard and a cloak room for convenience!
The layout upstairs is ideal for a family because there is three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
Moving on to outside, the garden is of generous size and wraps around the property. It offers a wonderful, relaxing and entertaining space, especially the covered patio area - perfect for a glass of wine on those warm summer evenings.
In addition to this, there is also 2 garden sheds and a greenhouse! Ideal for those with green fingers.
St Paul's Wood Hill is a house that should not be missed as it offers all the space and style that the modern family needs. So don't delay in getting that viewing booked - you may live to regret it!
