What the owner says
When we first viewed this home we knew it was right for us and our family.
Having children we needed space and this house offered it throughout, and having a large garden was important to us.
We have enjoyed doing the work to this home over the years and really hope the next family get as much joy out of it as we have.
It's not often that you will get a chance to purchase a home that is part of the local history! This is an immaculately presented Grade 2 listed village house that is full of character.
Upon entering you have a great sized entrance hall leading into the lounge you will be impressed by the inglenook fireplace just imagine spending cosy evenings here, especially when the weather is turning cold.
With the dining room open plan you can have family and friends round for dinner and still keep an eye on the kids watching their favourite programmes. It also benefits from a downstairs wet room with WC and a family bathroom upstairs!
There are so many unique features and the property is full of character for you to show off to your guests.
If anyone in the family is into their cooking the kitchen has a real wow factor, offering so much work space on the marble work tops and even enough room for another dining table.
The views into the garden are peaceful any time of year and when you need a break from cooking you can sit on the patio area and enjoy a drink.
With 4 bedrooms all of a great size there will be no arguments with the family of who gets what room. This home is a real must see! Book a viewing now before it's too late.
