I have lived at Phoenix Apartments for six years.   I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.  It is extremely quiet and very conveniently located for commuting with Central Bromley less than a 10 minute stroll with all the shops and restaurants it has to offer. 

I have enjoyed having my own outdoor dedicated space which is rare in flats in Bromley and being situated at the back it is almost rural with the owls hooting at night.  Residents in the block are friendly but not intrusive and I can honestly recommend the block as a happy and extremely convenient place to live in. 

I also have my own parking space in the private residents only area behind the block.
